1-on-1 personal training


 

One on one personal training session are done at Mesh Fitness, in the new Bridge Park area of Dublin, OH.

You and I will spend up to 60 minutes together working towards your fitness goals, which can be anything from getting leaner by losing body fat, building muscle in the right places to shape your body, or getting stronger and more functional to improve day-to-day life!

As part of any full fitness program, nutrition coaching is included with all personal training packages. Nutrition plans are given in both either itemized meal plans, where I give examples of exactly what foods to eat and how much of them, and also a flexible dieting plan, which is a macronutrient based approach where I give you numbers of how much of each macronutrient (proteins, carbs, & fats) to eat daily.
