Contest Prep Coaching


 

Physique contest prep is available for athletes of all experience levels.  I have experience in coaching all categories

Contest prep includes your training and nutrition protocols, based on your experience and your category.  We will work together to focus maintaining as much muscle as possible while still getting you in the right condition for your category.  We will also focus on bringing up any weak points you may have, as well as posing to "hide" those weak points and to help your stronger body parts stand out.

Prep length depends on the current condition of the athlete, and I will not rush a prep or crash diet any athletes due signing up for a show that is too close.  I coach my athletes as responsibly and safely as possibly so that they not only can enjoy this process, but also last a long time in this sport.  Minimum prep length is 12 weeks, and can go up to as long as needed.

All prep packages also come with a 4 week post show plan, so you don't "rebound" yourself into a lot of extra fat gain in a couple of weeks.  Post show plans can be longer if the athlete prefers.

Remote coaching (online training only)

    • shows exercises or movements, sets, reps, rest periods, and includes training videos in case you are unsure of the movement.
