In-Person, Hands-on, Expert Training
There are countless ways to learn how to work out—apps, online programs, remote coaching—but something important is always missing when the in-person connection is taken out of the equation.
Since 2012, I’ve been training clients one-on-one and in small groups (2–3 people). And without fail, those who train with me in person see faster progress and longer-lasting results than those relying solely on remote coaching or cookie-cutter programs. Why? Because accountability matters. When you train with me, you’re showing up for more than a workout—you’re showing up to someone who’s waiting for you, watching you, and guiding you with expert eyes and real-time feedback.
Technique, effort, intensity, and consistency can’t always be self-assessed. That’s where in-person coaching shines. I catch the small things that make the big difference—how you're moving, what you're compensating for, when to push, and when to pull back.
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, aged 13 to 82, from all walks of life—fat loss, muscle gain, general wellness, post-rehab, differently abled individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, folks in recovery, former athletes, and everyday people just trying to feel better. There isn’t a goal or body type I haven’t helped navigate. And you don’t get that from an app.
Most importantly, I never stop learning. I spend my free time studying training, nutrition, and recovery so I can help my clients better—whether it’s unlocking someone’s potential or troubleshooting a stubborn injury. This is my passion. And that’s what you get with true in-person coaching—a coach who’s invested in your success, every rep of the way.
After filling out the above questionnaire, I will reach out to set up a discovery session. We will use this time to learn more about each other, how I can best help you reach your goals, and answer any questions you have about me, how I do things, etc. Fill out the for above with to best of your ability, but you’re welcome to leave out anything you feel unready to share. A note, the more information shared with me, the better I will be able to do my job guiding you to your goal.
Personalized Plans That Evolve With You
Training & Nutrition That Fits Your Life—Not the Other Way Around
Everyone is different. And those differences go way beyond genetics.
Your lifestyle, stress levels, social circle, habits, and even how you celebrate joy all impact your fitness journey.
Some people have a built-in support system that nudges them in the right direction. But more often than not, clients come to me surrounded by friends and family who don’t quite “get it.”
“Can’t you just have one slice of pizza?”
“Why not just a couple beers?”
And the truth is—those things aren’t bad. But when you're building new habits, especially early on, one slice can turn into four. A couple drinks can spiral into a whole weekend of derailed progress. Not because you’re weak. But because your environment and your habits aren’t yet aligned with your goals.
That’s why I don’t hand out cookie-cutter plans or rigid blueprints.
I build living, adaptable programs—training and nutrition plans that evolve as your life does. You’ll get structure and guidance, but with the flexibility to enjoy your life without guilt or setbacks.
Other programs might “work” on paper—if followed perfectly.
But real success comes from plans that make room for real life.
That’s what I offer.
A plan that works with you, not against you.
